Eligible items may be exchanged or returned once within seven (7) days (including public holidays) from the day after you receive the product.
Condition of the Product
When requesting a return or exchange, you must keep the complete packaging and ensure the product shows no signs of use, wear, stains, odor, or washing.
Inspection Period ≠ Trial Period
If the product is found to have obvious signs of use or damaged packaging upon inspection, we regret that we cannot process a refund.
